By using our website or placing an order with Your Custom Transfers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

All products are custom-made to order. Colors and final appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Customers are responsible for approving their artwork before production.

2. Artwork Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use the design. Your Custom Transfers is not responsible for errors in artwork provided by the customer, including spelling, sizing, or layout.

3. Orders & Payments

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

6. Liability

Your Custom Transfers is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or application of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
