Create custom rhinestone transfers for shirts, hoodies, bags, uniforms, spirit wear, and more. Our hotfix rhinestone transfers are produced using dazzling rhinestones on a heat-activated adhesive carrier for easy heat press application.

How It Works

1. Upload your artwork and choose your desired transfer size, stone sizes, and colors.
2. Select whether you would like a digital proof before production.
3. If a proof is selected, we create a mockup for your review and approval.
4. Once approved, your custom rhinestone transfer moves into production.
5. Apply your transfer using a heat press at 335°F for approximately 10–15 seconds.
6. Allow the transfer to cool completely, then peel cold using medium to firm pressure.
7. For reorders, provide your previous order number when possible to help speed up processing.

• Recommended fabrics: Cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends

Artwork Requirements

Rhinestone artwork is very different from standard printing. Artwork may need to be simplified, adjusted, recreated, or converted specifically for rhinestone production.

Not all artwork will work well as a rhinestone transfer. Fine lines, gradients, small text, extremely detailed artwork, and intricate shapes may need to be simplified to create a clean rhinestone design.

Smaller rhinestone transfers require especially simple artwork. The smaller the finished transfer, the more limited the amount of detail that can be reproduced successfully.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, distorted, or improperly sized artwork may require cleanup before it can be converted into a rhinestone design.

AI-generated artwork is not automatically production-ready. AI images may contain distorted shapes, artifacts, small details, gradients, or other elements that do not translate well into rhinestones.

Pricing & Coverage

• Standard pricing assumes approximately 65–75% rhinestone coverage
• Designs over 75% coverage may incur additional charges
• All-pink designs may include a 40–45% upcharge
• Multiple stone colors are included unless additional production requirements apply

Tip: Pricing is based on the total transfer size, not only the area covered by rhinestones.

Proofing & Approvals

• Proof fee: $16.95 per order (optional)
• Includes a digital mockup with up to 2 revisions per design

If rhinestone transfers are new to you, we highly recommend selecting a proof. A proof allows you to review the layout, stone placement, sizing, and overall appearance before your transfer is produced.

If you select “Yes” for proof:

• Initial processing begins within approximately 1–2 business days
• We confirm sizing and artwork requirements before creating the mockup
• Digital mockup is typically delivered within 1 business day after processing
• Up to 2 revisions are included
• Production does not begin until your proof has been approved

If you select “No” for proof:

• Initial processing begins within approximately 1–2 business days
• Your order moves directly into production after artwork review
• You are responsible for confirming that the artwork, sizing, colors, and order details submitted are correct

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Artwork revisions, proof approval delays, production volume, supply availability, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect turnaround time.

I understand that rhinestone artwork is different from standard printing and may need to be simplified, adjusted, or recreated for production. Not all artwork will work well with rhinestones, especially at smaller sizes, where simple designs, bold lines, and limited detail produce the best results.

I understand that AI-generated, low-resolution, blurry, distorted, or overly detailed artwork may require additional cleanup or changes before production.

I understand that production does not begin until my proof is approved when a proof is selected, and that approving the proof confirms the size, layout, stone placement, colors, and overall design.

If rhinestone transfers are new to me, I understand that Your Custom Transfers highly recommends selecting a proof so I can review the design before production begins.

I understand that production and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by artwork revisions, approval delays, production volume, supply availability, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Your Custom Transfers’ control.

I confirm that I have the legal right or permission to reproduce all artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted material, and other designs submitted with my order.

Designs using only pink stones may include a 40–45% upcharge due to production requirements. If applicable, we will contact you or send a separate invoice after artwork review.
