Full Color DTF Gang Sheet Transfers

DTF (Direct to Film) full color transfers are soft, vibrant, and highly durable designs suitable for almost all fabric types. There are no minimum order quantities, so you can order a single transfer or bulk quantities depending on your needs.

These transfers work well on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and most fabrics. We always recommend a quick test press when trying a new garment type.

What Is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single sheet that holds multiple designs or sizes, helping you save space, reduce cost, and streamline production.

Common uses include:

• Multiple logo sizes for branding
• Left chest + full back shirt layouts
• Small business product collections
• Team uniforms and event apparel
• Sample runs and test designs

Artwork Guidelines

• Minimum detail size: 0.018" (about 5 pixels at 300 DPI)
• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI for sharp results
• Please submit artwork as PNG format with transparent background 
• Any background color included in the file will be printed
• Designs must fit within your selected sheet size
• Copyrighted artwork requires written approval
• Files are converted to CMYK during production for color accuracy
• Use our Gang Sheet Sizer tool to help plan layouts and reduce waste
• Please note: All custom orders are final once production begins. No refunds or returns on custom items

Production Time

• Initial review: 1–2 business days (our team may contact you if needed)
• If a proof is selected, a digital mockup will be sent for approval
• If no proof is selected, your order moves directly into production
• Production time: 2–4 business days
• All orders ship from Fargo, ND

Proofing & Approvals

• Proof fee: $16.95 per order (optional)
• Includes digital mockup with up to 2 revisions per design

If you select “Yes” for Proof:

• We review your order within 1–2 business days
• A digital mockup is created for approval
• Up to 2 free revisions are included per design
• Additional revisions are $16.95 per redesign
• Production begins once final approval is received

If you select “No” for Proof:

• Your artwork is reviewed by our production team
• If anything needs clarification, we will contact you
• If everything is approved, production begins immediately
• This option offers the fastest turnaround time
