DTF (Direct to Film) gang sheet transfers are soft, vibrant, and highly durable full-color transfers designed for easy heat press application on a wide variety of garments and fabrics.

No minimum order quantities. Order a single gang sheet or larger quantities depending on your production needs.

DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and most common garment fabrics. We recommend a quick test press when applying to a new or unfamiliar material.

Production & Shipping

Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for production before your order ships.

Artwork issues, requested proofs, revisions, file setup, or additional production requirements may extend turnaround time.

If a proof is requested, production does not begin until the final proof has been approved.

What Is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single DTF sheet containing multiple designs, sizes, or logos. It allows you to maximize available print space, reduce cost per transfer, and streamline apparel production.

Common uses include:

• Multiple logo sizes for branding
• Left chest and full back combinations
• Small business product collections
• Team uniforms and event apparel
• Multiple customer designs on one sheet
• Sample runs and test designs

Artwork Guidelines

• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI for the best print quality
• Preferred file type: PNG with a transparent background
• Vector files may also be submitted when available
• Minimum printable detail is approximately 0.018" (about 5 pixels at 300 DPI)
• Any background included in your artwork may print as part of the design
• Artwork must fit within the selected gang sheet dimensions
• Files are converted to CMYK during production for print consistency
• Copyrighted or trademarked artwork requires proper authorization

Artwork quality matters. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, distorted, or improperly sized artwork may affect the final print quality.

AI-generated artwork is not automatically print-ready. AI images may contain artifacts, distorted details, poor edges, unwanted backgrounds, or resolution issues that require cleanup before printing.

For best results, a heat press is strongly recommended. Handheld irons are not recommended for consistent application.

Proofing & Approvals

• Proof fee: $16.95 per order (optional)
• Includes a digital mockup with up to 2 revisions per design

If you select “Yes” for Proof:

• A digital mockup will be sent for your review
• Up to 2 revisions are included per design
• Additional revisions are $16.95 per redesign
• Production begins only after final proof approval
• Production and shipping timelines begin after approval is received

If you select “No” for Proof:

• Your artwork will be reviewed by our production team
• We will contact you if anything requires clarification
• Your order moves directly into production once artwork is approved for printing
• This option generally provides the fastest turnaround

Custom Order Policy

All custom DTF orders are produced specifically for your artwork and are considered final once production begins. Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to artwork errors, sizing selections, or customer-submitted file quality.
