What Is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single sheet that holds multiple designs or sizes, helping you save space, reduce cost, and streamline production.

Common uses include:

• Sample runs and test designs

Artwork & File Guidelines

For the best results, please follow these artwork guidelines:

• Minimum line thickness: 0.018" (5 pixels at 300 DPI)
• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI
• File format: PNG with transparent background preferred
• White or solid backgrounds will be printed if included
• Design size must fit within your selected sheet size
• All artwork is converted to CMYK for production
• Copyrighted material is not accepted without written permission

Production Time

• Initial review: 1–2 business days (artist may contact you if needed)
• Production: 2–4 business days
• All orders ship from Fargo, ND

If a proof fee is selected ($16.95), a digital mockup will be sent for approval before production.

Proofing & Approvals

Proof Fee: $16.95 per order (optional)

If purchased, the proof fee applies to your entire order. You may choose which designs require a mockup.

If you select “Yes” for Proof:

• Artist reviews your order within 1–2 business days
• Digital mockup created for approval
• Up to 2 free revisions per design
• Additional revisions: $16.95 redesign fee
• Production begins after final approval

If you select “No” for Proof:

• Order is reviewed by our production team
• If needed, we will contact you with questions
• If everything is approved, production begins immediately
• This option speeds up turnaround time
