Unlike traditional heat transfer vinyl, sublimation ink actually gases into the material, leaving no texture and a smooth, professional finish.

Artwork Requirements

• Submit vector artwork or images at 300 DPI or higher
• Multiple file types accepted (AI, PSD, PNG, JPEG, etc.)
• Single or pre-ganged files accepted
• All artwork must be mirrored prior to printing (do not submit reversed)
• Details smaller than 1 point (0.35 mm) may not print clearly
• Copyrighted material requires documentation
• Artwork will be converted to CMYK; submitting CMYK files ensures accurate colors
• Sublimation cannot reproduce white, neon, or Pantone colors

Transfer Options

• Normal Paper: Suitable for all blanks, including mugs, t-shirts, coasters, keychains, and photo panels
• Sticky Paper: Best for soft blanks such as garments, towels, pillowcases, and soft koozies

Transfers arrive slightly muted; colors become vibrant after pressing.

Pressing Guidelines

• Best results on 100% white polyester garments or sublimation-treated surfaces
• Can also be applied to 50/50 blends and cotton for a faded, distressed effect
• Colors on darker fabrics may be less visible; contact us for assistance when pressing on non-standard materials
• Use a clam heat press, craft paper, and thermo tape for best placement
